Experienced in design and master-planning of new communities ( projects which are now studied as “Best of Class” examples).

Corporate aviation company with Civil Aviation Authority approved Air Operator Certificate working in the corporate helicopter and private jet sector.

Private Equity Fund manager in partnership with institutional investor, investing and managing joint investments in start ups and dynamic young companies,

Founded company at the age of twenty six, specialising in the construction of one hundred and fifty homes per year. Twenty nine national awards in nine years

Autonomous manufacturing company, producing timber components such as staircases, door sets, kitchen and bathroom cabinets etc. The company was widely acclaimed for the quality of its product and within five years achieved turnover of £7m and EBIT of £1m

Bought listed company (subsidiary of Berkeley Homes) in £21m takeover, before de-listing, rationalised costs and integrated into existing business before disposing with successful trade sale to national housebuilder
